Azjatyckie sklepy/Asian shops #1 - Hong Yu (POZ)


When it comes to Asian products in Poland, I would call it a desert...in Warsaw there are still some shops and products, but Asian food products in Poznań...nearly zero.

After kuchnia świata closed in stary browa, the only place (probably) is the one in city park, however, the products are pretty limited and not so cheap.

Recently a new Asian market has opened in the centre - Hong Yu Asian Mart.

Let's check it out ~


There will be also really Chinese tea in the future, hopefully some workshops?


Frozen products...
 

They have some very traditional frozen food like dumplings or leek pancake...some sliced meat for hotpot etc...


Some spices and dry herbs...


Also Asian sweets and snacks...MOCHI!


Different kinds of sauces and drinks... 


Asian instant noodles!!! ( some more chocies in the night than kebab and burgers? lol )


Noodles and rice!


Generally it looks quite nice and clean...



Maybe for Europeans it's a bit light but they have also tasty Tsing Tao beer!


Usually I purchase my Asian products in Berlin or Warsaw, but I guess now I don't need to travel to bring so many things! ( there will be also introductions of shops in Berlin and Warsaw ofc )

If you would like to try new tastes or cook Asian food at home, Asian products are definitely necessary for authentic and original tastes. 

Come by and check out the local, it is very big on św. Marcin street, you won't miss it! And don't be shy to suggest, maybe they can also take your order?!

Recently Hong Yu has changed half of the space into a bar, have you noticed?



The part on the right has changed into a bar...


 They are selling sushi rolls (kimbap?) and also onigiri...



They will also sell different Taiwanese ice tea soon...


The boss said that the place might be still changing in the future... let's see what will happen!
