Feel like in Asia / Czuć się jak w Azji #14 - Tong Fu (POZ)

Today I'm going to introduce a local in Poznań which has been there for a while but not so well known, it always reminds me my home and the most important, food!!!
A short history about the place: Few years ago, tong fu was opened by a Chinese guy as a tea house. During that time, you could taste different authentic tea from Asia and some nice side dishes. However, the business didn't go well so a Taiwanese businessman took over the local and changed it a bit.
Now tong fu is not only a tea house but additionally, a catering bar, where you can buy or eat traditional Cantonese "shiao la" style food, Taiwanese beef noodle niu rou mian, rice with minced meat rou zhao fan and bubble tea...etc.

From time to time I drop by the bar for a quick lunch or take out, and sometimes I also bring some friends to sit in the basement to have a cossy and joyful evening. You can discuss with the Taiwanese chef and he might try to do his best to make you a delicious dish!

Next to Tong fu is restaurant "Made in China". (http://azjainwazja.blogspot.com/2015/10/feel-like-in-asia-czuc-sie-jak-w-azji-2.html ) They also have nice food but totally different style! If sometimes you are alone or in rush, come by to "Tong fu", for sure they can fill up your żołądek!!!

P.S.: Recently the new Taiwanese chef specializes Thai food, if you like spicy food, ask for it!!!
