Feel like in Asia / Czuć się jak w Azji  #2 - Made in China


First of all, a short story about the owner of the restaurant - Rico / Ancheng Wu. If you are from Asia, people in Poznań will definitely ask if you know him. Few years ago he came to Poznań and opened a small Chinese bar on szewka street, and then it was moved into a small lane on 27 grudnia called "Rico's kitchen." Last year he finally build up his ideal restaurant - Made in China, just next to the old one, but the entrance is on the main street.


This is how the menu looks like so far, compare to other Asian restaurants in Poznań, they have quite fresh seafood everyday!


And even some aqariums! In Asia the rule is the most fresh seafood you pick up them yourself, alive!



Even though I think the kitchen should be seperated by something so the smell won't be everywhere but you can see the real asian cooking - No cheating!



The design is quite nice and interesting, does it make you feel like in China?





Usually I cook at home but when I have a meeting sometimes I come here just to enjoy not being a cook :D




Standard pierogi - Chinese dumplings!



They provide many dishes but mainly fast stir-fry dishes. Most of people don't know they have also - Pekin duck!!! You will have to order it in advance but trust me, you won't be disappointed. :)




If you have 8~10 people, you can order 2 ducks and ask the chef to make "3 eat" - which means 3 different dishes. This time we had:

1. Duck bone soup with vegetables.

2. Deep fried duck bones.

And in my opinion, the most popular and delicious -

 3. Crispy duck skin slices

We usually serve the duck meat with sliced leek, cucumber and on top sweet bean sos - tian mian jiang. 


All the ingredients rolled up in a prepared pancake - Smacznego!


Rico from time to time has some new ideas and I heard that they are gonna expand the restaurant soon, check it out!
