Feel like in Asia / Czuć się jak w Azji #5 - Zindo (POZ)
Korean food is something that I rarely touched before, even though it's very easy to access in Taiwan.
Just like Taiwanese cuisine, Korean food is deeply influenced by Japanese and Chinese culinary culture, but developed in its own unique way. Zindo was probablly one of the first Korean restaurants opened in Poznań, which now is still available.
The restaurant is quite big, with a central sushi bar.
The menu is with colourful pictures, which is very good for Polish people and tourists that have no idea about Korean food....maybe just like me XD
In the beginning they serve you some side dishes. This is like...Korean pancake?
Marinated seaweed of course.
And salad.
We ordered chicken teriyaki (deep fried chicken with vegetables), which was very delicious and sweet,
and zazang myun, actually it sounds and looks like chinese zajiang mien, but with Korean black bean sauce, also is a sweet dish.
There are still many dishes in Zindo that I want to try. For sure I will come back! For people who don't know where to eat Korean food in Poznań, here you are!
