Feel like in Asia / Czuć się jak w Azji  #1 - Uki Uki (WAW)
 

A while ago, I was organizing a food party in Warsaw, and I met Taira, a gentleman from Tokyo, an expert of gastronomy, who claimed that within few months his Japanese restaurant will be open...

Here you are ! ! ! I had a chance to visit it not long ago after the opening - Uki Uki - the real Japanese restaurant in Warsaw ! ! !

It is located in very centre of Warsaw city...


You can see wooden furniture, Japanese design, and the most charming...Taira san ! ! !

Let's translate a saying from chinese: 真面目に働く男は最もカッコイ ( Working hard guy is the most charming/handsome )



In the beginning the menu is limited, but don't worry, a lot of delicious Japanese food will be coming soon...


In order to make the real udon, the udon machine is transported from Japan, and the flour was send to a laboratory in Japan, to test and make the most similar combination, according to the local ingredients from Poland. ( this is what I'm always promoting and like )


Didn't know the sitko ( strainer ) is so big like a fishing net, and apparently the fish is udon noodle!


I ordered warm udon noodle with tempura, the set looks very decent.



I could say, best udon in Poland...


They also have Buta shabu (pork) and sashimi !




In the end, there must be some Japanese sweet...dango with green tea ice-cream...omomomom
